Do your research before you hire!!!!

I wish I would of taken my own advise.  I meet with Tracy Thomas of Arizona Estate Sales, whom seemed very nice and talked to me for a long time.  I hired her to sell all my furniture for I was moving and had to be out of the home by the 15th of the month and my husband was not going to be around to help.  So, I thoght, why not sell everything and this way I do not have to pay the movers so much and it would be easier to just purchase new furniture.

Well, we all know that that was a mistake.  Tracy keeps offering new excuses as to why she has not paid me, even saying that "The check was sent", that is a new line.

I now know that Tracy D. Thomas has 3 other AKA's

Orig. AZ Estate Sales

Arizona Best Estate

Estate Liquidatior

Arizona Home Solutions

This should raise a red flag....any time you need to have or have more than one name there is something wrong!!!

Take it from me and don't be fooled by her kindnesws.

I know she also has an Antique shop in Apaphe Juntions, AZ, but I could not find it....Anyone know what the name is?  I am thinking that she took some of my stuff to her shop and would love to go by and see.

Your first statement was, "How many times do we have to ask for your address"?  My answer is once.  Who would not provide the information needed to get paid?  Come on lets get real!

Plus, there is this thing called forward address, I seem to have gotten all my mail from everywhere else including bills.

2nd question:  Do you not have my phone number????  Why would you not call me and request my address?

3rd:  Maybe you did not know that by putting down your customers, you will not win over new ones.  You really look bad putting me down regarding the pictures.  Just for your information, those were all pictures my mother painted.

For those of you who believe a word of this, here is my home with all that was for sale posted by Tracy Thomas:

This shows my home and all that I offered.  I'm not going to even lower myself to respond to the other part of your rebuttal......all I want is my money!!!!!  So, stop making a fool out of yourself and just pay me my $2,831.00.  You have my phone number!!!

How many times do we have to request an address? You have moved, and you did not leave a forwarding address. You did not put correct address on contract and you will not respond to requests for your new address. You are welcome to come visit our stores. But as you noted, they are antique stores, and You did not have any antiques or collectibles. As a matter of fact, by time you were done pulling items out of the sale, switching nice art on the wall with "family art" thinking we wouldn't notice, and withholding sold items from customers demanding they pay more, there was not much to work with. And per contract, you should have been defaulted. Simple solution to this so called problem... Give us your address!
