I ordered $9100 of kitchen cabinets in Sept.2001 for delivery in Dec.2001. They delivered most, but not all, in March 2002. I have been unable to get any completion delivery or refund for undelivered goods since then, despite repeated communications and telephone conversations with the president, Neil Martin, and his delegate, Sam. Unless you are lucky to get them immediately on the phone, they never return phone calls. They advertise great prices, but are unable or unwilling to deliver on them.

Beaverfloor aka Beavehome has numerous complaints on them. 140 were lodged with the BBB in NY. the BBB in Atlanta GA is forwarding all complaints to the AG in Atlanta. This online company has a long history of taking peoples money up front for products including leather furniture, hardwood flooring and kitchen cabinets, and not delivering the goods and worse, not refunding the money. I have many complaints lodged on this site as well as others. I urge you to contact the AG in Georgia. You can print off a complaint form from their web site.
