I inquired through this company's website about selling my plots at Rose Lawn and was called the next day claiming they had an interested buyer. The catch is he wanted $795.00 upfront to list my property and would cover all costs associated with advertising, and fees associated with transfering ownership.
My question was WHY would I be contacted when there are many listings on your website at the same location; and none are marked SOLD / Sale Pending?
This idiot gave me an excuse that the owners never replied to the offers presented. Really!!! That many people just content to keep their properties on the market and he couldn't even validate or offer proof that his listings sell.
Don't fall for it this guy is just trying to trick you to get your money.
