"California RV Rentals and Sales", "Rive RV" and "Sun Diego RV" Rented our RV to others for the summer and gave us nothing! Bermuda Dunes California
Before summer of 2016 we listed our RV for sale. We were contacted by Leslie of California RV Rentals & Services to see if we would be interested in lettting them rent our RV out for us instead of selling it. They promised to rent out the RV, keep it maintained, and give us half of what they earned from it.
They paid us as agreed for the first few months, although they were usually pretty late with the payments and we had to continually hound them. It finally got to the point where they were now over 2 months late so we gave them the ultimatum to pay us, or we would come get our RV. They made excuses as to why they couldn't pay us, even though people had already rented our RV and paid them for it!
So in December of 2016 we drove down to San Diego and picked up our RV. Leslie then tried to say we owed them $1000 for "breaking the contract." We asked to see this contract she was talking about and she couldn't produce it. We explained that had there really been a contract, she had already breached it by not paying us.
It has been 6 months and we have only been able to get back $200 out of the over $3000 they owe us. Leslie has been very clear with us that if we complain, give them bad reviews, or try and sue them, that they would just file bancrupcy and move away and we will never get any of our money.
