On October 20th, 2003 my son gave this company my bank information. On October 28th, 2003 I cancelled the service as soon as I found out. On October 31, 2003 they deducted $199.99 from my account. I immediately contacted them and was told that it was in their notes that I had cancelled and that it would take 48-72 hours for them to "investigate and credit my account".

November 9th, 2003 called again and was given the run around, first they hung up on me, than I called again and was again questioned as though I had never called before, than I was put on hold for 55 minutes, than I was told to call Quality Control. November 10th, 2003, same scenario, spoke with a so called "supervisor" who talked like a street thug, ghetto and was told that he was going to "walk the complaint over to quality control". 2 hours later there is a message on my machine and the phone number to call back was conviently cut off.

Nov 12th, 2003 called again and was told that "there is no way someone could have given you the phone number to quality control, and assured me that someone would call me immediately". It is now over an hour later. I have the feeling that I have just handed over $199.99 to this company for NOTHING. I was supposed to have 8 DAYS TO CANCEL. I called within that time frame, but they have taken my money anyway.
