Ralph Sanders Rafael Sanders, Raphael Sanders Rafeal Sanders, or more lately, RAFAEL S, has been trying to blackmail (((REDACTED))) over money he stole from her. He took an actual case of someone else, where it actually happened to a teacher and changed the names.

Rip off Report should track the device and email address used to post this defamatory and bogus article and block this Career Criminal from ever posting on its website.
