Complaint Review: "Dr" Marvin Reich

For years EMILE BOUARI has used the RipoffReport.com website as his personal forum to SLANDER, MALIGN and DEFAME, INNOCENT, ETHICAL PEOPLE who have had the courage to speak out about Mr. Bouari's HEINOUS. IMMORAL and FRAULANT practices! It's about time that the TRUTH be told about this EVIL INDIVIDUAL, EMILE BOUARI and also to once and for all cast SHAME and DOUBT on the RipoffReport.com website for hiding behind the U.S. Constitution loophole which allows them to publish such lies and hurt people for RipoffReport.com’s own PROFIT!

Emile Bouari and his wife "Dr." Carol Chaney have been ripping off for many years innocent, hard-working people with their SCAM weight loss centers throughout the country. When they are exposed as the charlatans and thieves that they really are, they change the name of their clinics and move on to ripoff consumers for more money in these “new” clinics.

Emile Bousri and his wife "Dr." Carol Chaney (who is NOT an MD or a DO but is only a "nutritionist") have ripped off the 1954  published work of an Italian Medical Doctor A.T.W. Simeons, M.D. and called it their own protocol. They have the audacity to claim ownership of his work while at the same time charging people THOUSADS OF DOLLARS for WORTHLESS MEDICATIONS and SUPPLEMENTS of UNPROVEN BENEFIT! They take HCG which is available through compounding pharmacies which costs no more than $30 for a month’s supply and sell it for about $800 or more for a month's supply. Their bogus supplements are also marked up in a ridiculous fashion with Bouari and Chaney LYIMG to clients that they cannot get the same ingredients at a health food store. This is FLATLY UNTRUE and the SAME supplements can be purchased at a FRACTION of the cost at a local health food store.

The only time a patient is seen by a doctor is upon their admission to the clinic. After that brief visit, all of the patient care is carried out by UNTRAINED, UNLICENSED young girls and boys who are told what to say and do by the equally UNTRAINED Emile Bouari. His wife and fellow conspirator "Dr." Carol Chaney NEVER sees any of the patients in any of the franchised clinics. Pt care is therefore put in the hands of Emile Bouari and his young staff all of whom have ABSOLUTELY NO FORMAL MEDICAL TRAINING WHATSOEVER!

If the client side of this scam is not enough to frighten you, what Emile Bouari and Carol Chaney do to the franchise owners who are almost always not medically trained as well should be considered CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR! The 2 pf them are literally STEALING 100's of THOUSANDS of DOLLARS for the sale of these worthless franchises to these untrained, non-medical people who are looking to make a quick buck in the weght-loss field. The potential owners are wined and dined and promised huge profits with on the spot training of the BOUARI PROTOCOLS which they make FRAUDULANT claim to, stealing the 1954 work of Dr. Simeons and promise continuous medical and technical support once they buy the franchise. Once thye get paid for their franchises, BOUARI and CHANEY do their DISSAPEARING ACT and never help the franchise owner with the problems and pitfalls of running a successful weight-loss center.

RipoffReport.com is probably equally to blame for the success of this SCAMMING couple. RipoffReport.com KNOWS FULL WELL that Emile Bouari is using their website to spread FALSE, DAMAGING and SLANDEROUS NON-information about ANYONE who dares expose their scam. Once a person steps up to speak out about Emile Bouari, he goes to the RipoffReprt.com and writes TOTAL DEFAMIMG LIES about the people who dare speak out about him his wife or their SCAM weight-loss clinics.

yRipoffReports.com actually MAKES A PROFIT allowing people like Bouari to write these lies. RipoffReports has found a way to get their listings on the first page of virtually all the major Search Engines including GOOGLE and RipoffReports essentially refuses to remove the LIES that they allow to be posted. They hide behind a loophole in the U.S. Constitution which speaks to the nature of "Free Speech" and "Freedom of the Press." What RipoffReports.com now does is offer an "arbitration" service which they run and make 1,000's of dollars on from people who sign up for RipoffReports.com's arbitration service in the distant hope that RipoffReprt will remove the information if the slandered paery wins their case.

This is quite a nicely thought out SCAM that RipoffReport.com has come up with to give themselves a PROFIT off the LIES that THEY KNOWINGLY REPORT on their shameful website! RipoffReport.com is NOT a place for Whistleblowers to come and tell their stories...It is a website for CRIMINALS like Emile Bouari and "Dr." Carol Chaney to come and SLANDER and HURT GOOD PEOPLE while RipoffReort.com publishes the KNOWN LIES which gives them an avenue to make a HUGE PROFIT off the SUFFERING they have caused good people by KNOWINGLY PUBLISHING THESE LIES!

I have known this doctor for many years and he has saved my life! The original complaint is totally false and it is appalling that you posted this on your site and discredited this most excellent doctor! Dr. Marvin Reich is extremely well trained and is 100% professional. He is caring and compassionate. I couldn't believe that someone smeared his reputation like this! I looked up the information on the Internet and it appears that the initial complaint was about a different Dr. Reich! The 2 doctors have simiar training and are the same age but the complaint made by the intial person is not about the real Dr. Marvin Reich who is indeed a wonderful person and doctor and who has 2 Board Cerification Specialties! Dr. Marvin Reich is both Board Certified by the American Board of Opthalmology and the American Board of Anti-Aging Medicine. The intial complainer whould have checked his facts before defaming the repuraruon of such a fine doctor! And this web site should be ashamed of itself for allowing such offensive and inaccurate material to ever be published in the first place!

I have the unique position of knowing both the author of this complaint and the totally innocent doctor who is falsely attacked by this unscrupulous complainer. The person who authored the complaint is a corrupt, lying, cheater who Dr. Reich exposed as a fraud and a rip off artist. The complaint was written by a person who is known for his fraudulent running of a weight loss centers that and also selling worthless franchises of these weight loss centers to unsuspecting victims and giving the franchisees absolutely nothing for the money he ripped them off for. In addition, there are many complaints about this man and his wife who calls herself a doctor but is not actually an MD, outlining their selling of worthless products for ridiculously high and over priced products that rip of the work of the real doctor  who came up with the protocol, Dr. Simmeon in 1954. They have essentially copied all of Dr. Simmeon's work and call it their own and making huge profits off this doctor's original work. Dr. Reich exposed this husband and wife scam team and they wrote this totally false complaint to try to hurt Dr. Reich who is a very fine and ethical doctor. Do not believe a word of the complaint. Dr. Reich is an excellent, ethical and very caring doctor.
