Complaint Review: Orbitz

( internet travel services, Agent booked wrong dates , called15 minutes after receiving email verification, they cancelled hotel booking but would not refund cus, service out soursed to another country internet

I was ripped off by Orbitz , Orbiz kept my money although their agent made a booking date mistake,. 15 minutes after e-mail confirmation , realizing the agent booked the wrong dates ,  I calledd Orbitz  immediately, ,Custermer Service , music for 30 minutes and then the hang up,  This happened 2 TIMES, 

When you finally do get to supervisor they tell you they will do an investigation, and (although agents mistake) ,IT was a nonrefundable hotel the supervisor said. 

Called again to cheak next day. ( 2 days letter I got an email)

 

Result , Orbitz cancelled  my hotel room but" Orbitz kept my money. "  Beware ,
