Complaint Review: jewelrybyezra - Ambras Fine Jewelry

I won a watch from this company months ago, through Ebay. After they received my payment through Pay Pal, I received an e-mail that my order was shipped. However, I did not receive the watch. I e-mailed them and was told the watch had been damaged before it left the company and I was being sent a refund. I never got the refund, they then told me to FAX my information. After a number of excuses, NO REFUND. I went to Ebay and although this company does not even answer Ebay's inquiries, they are allowed to continue to run auctions.
