Complaint Review: -Liquid USA

This so called company has a beautiful website which I was directed to by googling e cigarettes and e juice. Once on the site everything looked legit so I placed an order and gave my card number for the purchase. I received a confirmation email stating myh order was received. 

The next day I believe I received another email stating my order had shipped with a tracking number. Everything looked completely legit. The order was supposedly shipped via USPS Priority Mail with insurance. After days of waiting to receive my order and tracking it showing what appeared to be real USPS tracking information, nothing happened. I never received my order. I called the number listed on the website and it was a generic answering service stating to leave a message for the owner. Not the company name, but just the word owner. Nothing. Never heard a word. During this time I emailed dozens of times with no response. This was months ago. Still nothing. 

It's apparent that I have been ripped off but someone with a great looking website. I have read on an e cigarette forum site other people who actually received something, but not what they ordered. They too have been unable to get a hold of oanyone. 

So avoid this website at all costs. I'm just fortunate that I only lost $25. But the point is that I was ripped off.
