I have tried to reason with these people but they are relentless. I tried this product but it burned my face I have lupus and it made my face so red it looked like it was on fire.
I tried to explain this to them but they went an charged for another order that I canceled the month before $85.95. When I saw they had hit my bank account for this I called them and all they would say is I didn't call them on the 13th so they sent it anyway.
This is wrong and I told them so but they said it was my call to make. Can I do anything else to get my money back? I live on a fixed income and I can't afford to be scammed like this.
