EDITOR’S COMMENT(1/28/2021):  Ripoff Report strongly believes in the First Amendment, especially when consumers are truthfully warning other consumers about potential frauds, scams, rip-offs or the like by shady individuals or businesses.  Ripoff Report is by consumers, for consumers…and we want to keep it that way!  Unfortunately this Report was posted and, upon additional information, appears to have been primarily for the purpose of bullying or harassment.  In many instances Ripoff Report will reach out to the author of the Report to obtain further information.  In other instances, enough information is provided to Ripoff Report to warrant redactions without reaching out to the author.  Ripoff Report is working to combat tactics that are perceived to be cyberharassment, cyberstalking, cyberbullying and/or what is generally considered a “revenge post” as we do not condone such behavior.

NOW TO THE EDITORIALLY REDACTED POSTING(S):

In 2016, as suggested by (((REDACTED))) and (((REDACTED))), my parents invested $ 85,000 USD in (((REDACTED)))., a corporation managed by (((REDACTED))) and (((REDACTED))), two Lawyers in Toronto. They said that was a good investment that would bring a big return. We fallowed the quotes in the market and apparently it was going good, until we found out that in August 2017, the (((REDACTED))) had delisted the shares of (((REDACTED))). from the (((REDACTED))) for not paying their quarterly(((REDACTED))) maintenance fees and so were suspended from trading. My parents are retired folk with little to no knowledge about the law.

They still don’t understand what happened to their nest egg. They lost their entire investment. It’s amazing how (((REDACTED))) and (((REDACTED))), who presume to be expert Lawyers, can make a mockery of the law and let investors loose all their hard-earned money. We’ve tried to contact them several times but got no answer. We spent $ 5,000 on a retainer with the attorney and when he asked for more money, we just gave up. We’re posting this report with documents which prove that (((REDACTED))) and (((REDACTED))) are irresponsable and unethical   lawyers. Just stay away from those two scammers.
