After a glowing email saying I had been pre-qualified. I called the #. Reps Hung on me 5 times. No info on how to proceed with program. Internet
I am in the donut hole in Medicare, Part D. I paid $410 for my last prescription and $200+ for my prescription 2-3 weeks ago. I NEED HELP. I completed SCBN application online. Received a glowing email saying Welcome! You have been pre-qualified for our program, call (888) 331-1002 and speak to a Patient Care Advocate. The first call was suspicious from the beginning. The rep was rude, but I NEED HELP so I put up with the attitude, until all of a sudden the phone went dead. She hung up on me. I called back four more times and they hung up on me every time. The last two times a guy name Thomas hung up on me. I called back, he told me he something that made no sense about one of the meds. Then he hung up on me again. That was the last time I called. I don't know if the company is legit or not. BBB Austin has them with an A+ rating. Yet reviews I've read people had many types of problems with them, but one theme: taking their money and not receiving their medications really ended this for me. I'm DONE with SCBN.
