Complaint Review: Carxenon

 I purchased 2sets of HID lights, one for the head lights and one for the fog lights. One of the kits had the wrong bulbs so I called and spoke with someone who said his name is Dave , I explained that my car is in the shop with the front bumper off which is required to install these lights and that I need the correct bulbs. He would not send the correct bulbs unless I send the other bulbs first and this is there mistake. I had to purchase the bulbs over $40 on top of the 2 kits I bought before and I asked that he shipped them to the shop he said yes and hung up he sent it to me despite my request , I'm a disabled vet in a wheelchair, I had to take public transportation to penn station then NJ transit to walnut street just to take the bulbs he could've save me a lot of trouble and sore shoulders the least he could've done was mail them to the shop since he charged me for his mistake, there's no accountability with these people, I live in NY C my car is being worked on in NJ and I explained that to him .
