I was trying go get a copy of my credit report everything went fine till the end and when I got to the password it said that I already had a password although I didnt put one in I tried all the passwords i use and none of them worked. I assumed that the registration had not been completed till I looked at my account. it had been charged 29.95 and 9.95. i spent 15 minutes on the phone with gld myscore and talked to at least 6 different people before getting them to say that they cancled my account and would send out a refund in 3-5 bussiness days. at this point l am waiting for the refund in my account just lucky it didnt cause a overdraft
