Complaint Review: GMBShair

 GMBShair Will not price match as advertised, poor customer service and won't cancel an order even three hours after order has been made. They also charge at least 20% of product value for restocking if returned. Tennessee Internet

Im very disappointed with this retailer! first of all I ordered a the outré Que Sol premium mix, euro deep curl from them for which they charged $29.99, about three hours later I realized other sites were selling the same hair for $9.99, I sent them an email with my order number and intention to cancel immediately, but to no response. I called the office and asked them to cancel the order and was told it was impossible. I received an email later that day saying the item was shipped, which post office opens on black friday?? I later sent an email with a link to sam's beauty.com for the price match and received an email back from gmbshair saying they cannot price match because sam's beauty does not ship their items on time and some of their products are not in stock. WOW!!! I later that day, sent them another email with another link that was selling the same hair for $9.99, and haven't heard from them since! Im a military spouse stationed overseas, and online shopping is the only option most of the times, It is very frustrating to experience issues such as these.
