Me and my wife bought a vehicle from Illinois Valley Auto Group a couple months ago a 2009 Dodge Journey he told us nothing was wrong with it I noticed that there was I brought the vehicle back to him he denied that there was something wrong with it he called me crazy I left a week later the noise got worse I took it back I told him he needs to fix my vehicle he told me nothing was wrong with it that it was normal that it was just a Dodge. I took it to Big Boys in LaSalle Illinois they said my sway bar links needing replaced Illinois Valley Auto Group paid for that the noise still did not go away I took the vehicle back to Illinois Valley Auto Group they told me once again that I was crazy that it was a normal sound that a dog makes I told him that they were wrong because I almost wrecked so then I took it to the Auto Clinic in Ottawa Illinois where they told me that I needed a whole new exhaust and new power steering the actual total came out to be over $2,000 my warranty company will only pay 500 I can't drive my vehicle very far because of the power steering problem the Illinois Valley Auto Group refuses to pay to get fixed they said it's not their problem or their responsibility yet my warranty company says it is pre-existing meaning they knew about it and it should have already been done.
