Complaint Review: Rainbow Usa Group/Wendel Wood

INVESTORS BEWARE! TENANTS BEWARE! CONTRACTORS BEWARE!!!

 I feel I have to be the voice for Detroit, because we always make the news, and media always wants to put on  the crappy stuff, I am a native detroiter have been for 50 years ,Detroit has become a place for persons to from other countries, to invest in real estate because its some great deals here , Austrailia, Hong Kong, Isreal,Italy and more.  Well I said hmmmm sounds like a plan, at least I thought..... last winter I saw an interesting ad online for renting a decent house and  contacted the person Wendel Wood/ www.rainbowusagroup.com.  Sounded like I was getting my prayers answered, I met with him , I went to check out the rental property , and later paid my money to move in ...ok, you say sounds ok, whats the problem?. Now this is Winter Dec 2012 I am just getting settled in to this house . I get a letter on my door from the Neighborhood Association stating  that the taxes were in arrears to the tune of $4,000. Omg I contacted Wendel ,He  emailed me  stated that there was really no worry, and if that were the case the Owner had another 16 months before anythng would happen as far as foreclosure etc....

So  a few months have passed I watch the news daily , talking about foreclosures in Detroit & if owners have not paid their taxes, that they were not be able to pay late . I contacted Wendel 911.  About a few weeks later , He now  in here in Detroit, & is showing this same property to another investor,  I am not sure what was going on but I can tell you now something is not smelling right. By September2012 , the county holds a tax auction, Wendel texted me to say no worries the house is safe , and if someone shows up not to mention his name to anyone . later that week I get a notice on my door its from the original Owner. I was so sorry to tell him that the house was sold to someone else.(Another investor from Wendel ) Strange , yes my exact thought, Now this is the even crazier part ,This same Wendel offers me a job, I am excited, thought wow this is a dream come true!!!I am thinking I will have extra money, My mom is in hospital, and this will keep things going,  I started working for Wendel at the end of  September 2013 ,the first auction  had just ended. The second  batch auction October 2013 all properties start at $500 and its anybodys game if you have a lil money you can bid. Wendel is now in Australia,He has me going all over town taking pics, on the first day at least 30 houses, the next time about 15 houses, the next time about 10 houses I am doing all this plus working my regular job, I am now trying to keep this house scouting, picture taking fiasco & going strong. So I am thinking I should get paid  some good money with this new venture. Also, because of the time difference I am up early , stayin up late, he now has me faxing, emailing, skyping to him while he is still in  Australia, I'm sending eviction notices to tenants, making house calls,  calling new plumbers, calling new electricians, etc  I kid you not I went to this one house to check it out for a investor for Wendel, there was a half naked man at the door , I got in my car and took off , now I am thinking WTF!!!.... Dude are you kiddin me, This is becoming a lil bit much and messy and guess what Wendel has not paid me one dime. Wendel  told me one of his maintenance guys who is  on his website right now has stolen the rent/security deposit from one of the investors tenants, This money supposedly was mishandled by this maintenance, But, Why?,Wendel is this same man on your website that you say,  has cost you customers? and money? now my question  still is why is this man  representing your company?, This is not adding up.

So Its so much more to this story I cannot put it all here but I am seeing where this is the makings of a scam and hes is definitely a liar and a cheater , he is taking peoples money because he thinks he has all the power to do so, he owes me money, and wont pay up, "Wendel Wood" www.rainbowusagroup.com  Be a real man with morals pay me my money! I am so very happy my pic was snatched down off your site , I am never to be compromised, as I told you before, reputation and credability goes a long way.

Since you think so little of Detroit and the people here you don't belong here!
