This outfit inder O/O dors not go by the lease that was signed. Under the lease agreement  that the truck payment comes out first then everything else. PTL gave me the shaft and they did not go by the agreement that I signed that was a legal document and put in in a spot now losing my truck..Under a lewase that was signed that the very first item to be taken out of a serrlement is the truck payment which was not only a little here and there. Now I am in jepored of losing my truck because of them.

Something has to be done on stopping them from not going by a signed lease. Being O/O we do not have restrictions on fuel or having out truck repaired and going thru alot of BS just to get fuel or work done on our trucks. One deal comes to mind:I needed a steer tired which I was shut down cvause that steer was really bad.It tiik me over a  day just to get it to where I could get a steer tire and I was also late to the place to where i was going. Later it also damaged my other vsteer and parts under my frontend and can't keep good steer on the front and it shacks really bad. Someway they need to Pay so I will not have to lose my truck in any way at all because of what they did to me and other fellow drivers.

Yjeu are 100% responseability for what they did to me and other drivers and Must be accountable for what they did. I am very well upset on this, but ya call them first they don't return a call or when ya need to talk to the ones handle the O/O settlemet they don't answer the phones either. I am asking to have my full truck payements pais so I can keep my truck or beint totally paid for in someway/ tks.

Given the "quality" and "skills" of your "writing", there's probably an explanation for this and is contained in the contract terms and conditions which you probably never read or understood. Oh, by the way, the word is "YOU" and not "YA". Even a first grader knows that!
