EDITOR’S COMMENT:  Ripoff Report strongly believes in the First Amendment, especially when consumers are truthfully warning other consumers about potential frauds, scams, rip-offs or the like by shady individuals or businesses.  Ripoff Report is by consumers, for consumers…and we want to keep it that way!  Unfortunately this Report was posted and, upon additional information, appears to have been primarily for the purpose of bullying or harassment.  In many instances Ripoff Report will reach out to the author of the Report to obtain further information.  In other instances, enough information is provided to Ripoff Report to warrant redactions without reaching out to the author.  Ripoff Report is working to combat tactics that are perceived to be cyberharassment, cyberstalking, cyberbullying and/or what is generally considered a “revenge post” as we do not condone such behavior.

This report is to notify the world of (((REDACTED))), He is a man of medium complection and short stature. He is H.I.V. positive and he meets women and charms them in to sleeping with him all the while they never know he's H.I.V. positive. He can be a charming man and he will tell you he's of egyptian descent but he's really Puerto Rican, He is a confessed drug dealer (He was a Pot Dealer in Astoria, New York), A mugger (He has stated publicly that he has mugged countless Mexican men on Roosevelt Avenue in the woodside/ Elmhurst/ Jackson Heights Area), A leech (He will try to use you to better his situation and try to get money from you, a place to stay), and a instigator of domestic violence (He has stated in the past he beat his ex-girlfriend (((REDACTED)))multple times, and has also stated he has beat up his current live in partner (((REDACTED)))). He is basically the guy people warn others about. 

 He is originally from the bronx but disappeared from the area in the early 90's due to a murder he claims he didn't do but when he turned up in the Jackson Heights/ Elmhurts area he went by the name (((REDACTED))) and stated publicly he was ten years older then he really was (His Birthday is (((REDACTED))). In his own words to not let people think he was who he was, because he was hiding from people that wanted to kill him for this so called murder (due to him being a constant and habitual liar there is no way to tell when he is lying or telling the truth). H has also stated he has dealt drugs when he was short on money (pot and Cocaine). He's a cocaine addict also and a raging Alcoholic.  He will befriend people to better his situation (ask them for  food, money, etc. all the while he is receiving food stamps and public assistance from NY State for his illness). He will pretend to be your best friend and state that he has your back and will support you but it's only when he needs you. He will make promises to you stating he will get you things and bring you things you want like a gaming system, (Which he stated he would get by burglurizing someone's house) or anything you could think of to get you to trust him. But it's all an act, he in truth will never be a real friend will never look out for you if he doesn't need you. He will tell lies and slander your name if he is pissed at you (Like tell anyone who knows you both that you are gay and mad he doesn't return the feelings you have for him, when in truth you're hetrosexual.) I you ever enrage him by calling him out on his lies he will then proceed to threaten you and have people he knows try to attack you. He has never kept a job for more than 3 months, because he would rather use others than actually do hard work to support himself, He in the 17 plus years i've known him has never had an appartment of his own with his name on the lease (because in his mind why get his own place when he can shack up with a woman and use he to stay with). And he will go out to bars and try to charm some woman that he just meets to talk him back to her house to have sex all the while never telling them he is H.I.V. Positive. Also if you ask any homosexual male in the Elmhurst/ Jackson Heights area about him they will tell you he is a gay prostitute. He used to be a male stripper at a gay bar in Jackson Heights called the magic touch, and according to what he says used to be a bouncer at Atlantis 2021 on Roosevelt avenue besides countless other gay bars (Which can't factually be proven because he is a habitual liar, you don't know if anything he says is ever true). 

He has visions of granduer where he believes he will be famous one day for either his singing or his writing, He was one of the countless lead singers for the band "IDESPISE" and he currently has written a comic but it hasn't been published. He  will be found usually at the dunkin donuts on(((REDACTED))) in Elmhurst or at(((REDACTED))) If you meet him be kind but don't trust him because he will try to use you or attack you. He is the lowest wrung of humanity and just deserves to be treat like less than an a vicious animal. He's sociopath that believes he's owed respect by everyone and if he feels you disrespect him he will either attack you or have others attack you for him. The one thing i implore all of you to do is that if you know a single woman in either the Astoria/ Jackson Heights/ Woodside/ Elmhurst area send them to this website (((REDACTED))) (so they can see the guy to stay away from because he will try to have sex with them and put them at risk of getting H.I.V.) he has in the past publicly stated that he has unprotected sex with women while he has been aflicted with H.I.V. .  No one has brought him up on attempted murder charges yet because he never gives them a phone number or address to reach him at.

 He in all actuality is a leech, he uses anyone he can to get what he needs, he will never truely be your friend and will never respect you as a friend because all you are to him is a means of him getting wat he wants, Please, please, please stay away from this "man" he is a sexual predator and just preys on people's kindness so he can get what he either wants or needs to survive.
