This is the usual Auto Ship Rip Off.  The Mira Vie site showed  a fake video with Diane Keaton endoring he creams with Dr. Oz.  It was fake.  He is not affiilated with with this product nor does he endorse it.  They offer a trial size of $4.95 for the skin cream and the eye cream.  No where does it mention auto ship or a 15 day deadline to return the products.  After my credit card being charged 15 days after ordering for $89.95 and $91.00, I immediately called the number on my credit card to cancel.  I was told it was past the 15 days and could not cancel.  I explained that no where did it mention auto ship and I was told by paying and submitting my address, that was my accepting the Terms and Conditions.  After a very angry discussion, I was told I would get a refund.  However; I was never told I had to call a different number to cancel the auto ship for the other product.  Again, it arrived in the mail and I immediately returned it unopened.  By then, my 3rd shipment arrived, another charge of $89.95 was charged to my credit card, and I called to complain that I had canceled.  Only then was I informed that I had to call a different number to cancel that product, even though they were initially shipped in the same box.  I then called that number and was told I couild not get refunds bc it was past the 15 day trial.  I was very angry and threated to get the Attorney General involved with this scam.  (I later found out the 15 day return info and the auto ship info was listed under Terms and Conditions in sulch small print at the bottom of the advertisement, that it was impossible to see without glasses).  After mentioning the Attorney General, I was offered a return label and told I could be credited for all but $10.  I was happy.  Meanwhile, I filed a dispute with my bank who  credited my back the approximate $400 that had been charged to my acct.  Now I see that company sent the bank their info showing the Terms and Conditions, so the bank has honored those charges!!  This is such a scam!! I called the Skinshimmer (thats how its posted on my cc) at 888-908-2980, and told that they  refunded only one charge of $91.90, but, bc I filed a dispute with the bank, they could not refund the other charges.  This is wrong!!  First of all, clearly they try to hide the 15 day trial, which no one can tell if a skin care product is effective in 15 days, and the fact that you are signing up for an autoship program at $85.95 and $91.90 each and every month!!  No one could ever use up that much product in a months time.  Please do something to stop this scam!!  It is so unethical and morally reprehensible.  Im hoping that somehow it will also be found to be illegal.  Thank you!
