Credit Solutions Of Addison, Texas Roadkill on the job market! Addison, Texas

If this didn't happen to my neighbor, I would not be writing this letter. I lost my job back in 2001 with a major wireless telecommunications company and was unable to get a full-time position since then. I've had numerous contract work and freelance work to keep my family alive and in our home.

I had finally landed a full-time position but not in my field of expertise. Never-the-less it was a full-time job and I was going to have benefits at the end of my 90 days.

Credit Solutions recruiter found my resume on Monster and contacted me for an interview stating I had all the qualifications for a full-time positon they were seeking to fill. Before getting hired at the Car lot, I had gone to over 20 interviews that lasted over 2 hours each. I was burned out on interviews and told the recruiter in a polite manner - thanking her for contacting me about this position but didn't want to go on another interview with all the promises that were made to me prior. I just wanted to concentrate on making some money for my family.

I was contacted by the recruiter after being on my new full time car salesman position 4 days when I received my second voicemail from the internal recruiter at Credit Solutions stating her supervisor saw my resume and wanted to meet with me and discuss a position that he needs to fill.

I did not return that call! Another 3 days had gone by and yet another voice mail from the same recruiter. I did not return that call as well. Finally, on Friday the second week on my new job, she called and I answered. She said he supervisor was really bugging her to get me in to interview and told her to tell me that it would only be a short interview and that he was willing to make a job offer as soon as it was over. I said okay, I could meet with him on Monday.

I went in the interview and he was excited about me interviewing with him and as soon as he had completed my interview, he looked at me and said I will start you off at $5.00 less an hour than what you are asking and then he would put in the contract upon a 60 day trial period I would be put on full-time at the hourly rate I needed.

After being there 30 days, I had receive a review from an art director that was hired the same day I was. He had a list of things I needed to work on and also stated, I didn't follow the process on a couple of things. I looked at him with a puzzled look and reminded him my first day, I noticed there were no processes in place and I said I would have that completed within a couple of days. Both my supervisor and the manager that hired me originally stated, we don't have processes here at Credit Solutions. Our culture does not allow it.

On the 59th day of my trial period, I was called in not to discuss the major progress I had made in my position, but to tell me they are going in a different direction and would not need my services as of that moment. They told me someone would gather my personal belongings and bring them to the meeting room while I waited to be escorted off the premises.

What I am upset about and think it is inhuman the fact that they pursued me knowing I needed a full-time position. They used me for 60 days and without a care in the world, they said I no longer was working there.

Note: On the review list that they gave me on my 30th day, I excelled in every one of those catagories. I even spent money I didn't have to take classes to ensure I was giving them the results they needed. The whole time working there I was told the only way you would not be put on full-time is if you miss any days during your trial. I actually, put in almost 1-2 hours extra each day.

I think this job rip off happens more times than reported. I am angry that they took my only income away from me and my family.

I lost my full-time position with the car company and yes both my neighbor and I are back on the market.
