Complaint Review: /voyage Media

/voyage Media Nat Mundell Voyage Media is a SCAM...that is it, plain and simple. They charge you, the author, about $700+ for a "Producers Action Plan" and then dangle carrots in front of you for a whole year...in which, yes, after you get the Producers Action Plan, a year from that date, you are released, BUT, if you don't "officially" write them to be "released" even though you are via the contract, they will harass you by email through the owner, Nat Mundell, who will send you emails threatening you with breach of contract.  Marina Del Rey CA

Its not only pathetic and "desperate" sounding at that point, but its just downright illegal to harass someone. Don't believe anything they promise, don' sign anything, its a SCAM. I have recommended this company to other authors at times, and they have probably given money to Voyage Media, and I will no longer do so...and will, in fact, do the opposite. I don't know of one adaptation of a book that they have actually adapted and brought to the big screen YET....that says it all.

Sir,

You're just mad because he was trying to get you uphoal to the agreement you signed plain and simple. When a person signs an agreement of any kind they are obligated to that agreement, if you don't obide by the agreement you are in breach of contract.

If you want your story published, put into movie or TV than do what the contract says that you singed of a legal and binding contract. If you have a problem with my response, feel free to contact my and I will get you in touch with an Attorney so he/she can tell you about the lagallity of said contract.

Sincerely

Mark Hadsall

This company made things right with me

I recanted my comments a year ago, but I'm writing again to be sure there is record of my response.

After filing my report on Rip Off report, this company did take action and released me, under their agreement, from my committment to them. I fulfilled my side of the contract and they fulfilled theirs.

I retract my comments above, as they turned out not to be true, as the company did begin to try to work with me to make things right.

I would recommend this company. Just be sure you know exactly what you are signing and understand your committments and responsibilities.

Myself and the company is working to get the original post removed.
