02 Sports RIP-OFF AND FRAUD Chino California
Beware!!!!! This company is a big scam..I purchased a hottub on e-bay in march 2008 from 02Sports and never received it. All I received from this company was a run around.
This company is or was run by a Russian couple here in the U.S. on a work visa. (Who and Why were these foregin people aloud to run a company on a work visa. We have AMERICANS trying to start their own company WHO HELPS THEM)
E-bay needs to extend their policies to more than a 4 week turn around and go after these people..
Please check out the people you purchase from 02 sports is probably operating under another name some where.
Don't pay attention to company ratings because their ratings are usually boosted by their own doings.

Ioni Petrova is back selling on e-bay under mdi-carbonfiber&ftab. Maybe we can get things resolved this round. I suggest calling the Chino police because she is at the same address. let's all send e-bay a note and let it out of the bag. I purchased a hot tub from these people on Ebay when it arrived, about 6 weeks later than promised and after being accused of not paying for it,(I paid by Mastercard in advance and have receipts) it could not be installed as all the wiring was not certified for use in my country after getting certification from the manufacturers web site mona lisa in China, we installed it it worked on and off for a few months and now it is junk the pumps ceased and cannot get any response form the sellers, re: the warranty. We have on occasion spoken with a representative named Emil, but now his phone number is disconnected. Have other information, you can reach me by Email.
I did find that they are still selling tubs in the Uk, on Ebay still, the sellers name is 2get4less.

The internet-based company, 02 Sport/Divine Spas does operate its business within the City of Chino. Numerous complaints have been received by the Chino Police Department from citizens who believe they have been defrauded by this company. As a result of these complaints a thorough investigation has been conducted by this Department. The investigation has shown that no criminal violations have occurred. The issues raised by these concerned citizens are civil rather than criminal matters and need to be pursued through the civil court system.
Customers wishing to file a complaint regarding this business are asked to contact the Better Business Bureau (www.bbb.com or 909- 825-7280). They may also wish to contact the civil court in their area to get more information on pursing this matter through civil court.

The couple's name is Ioni and Emil Petrov. The are actually Bulgarian, and Emil, the husband is stuck in Bulgaria, as the US refused to give him a Visa to return on one of his business trips abroad. Ioni Petrov is here on a work visa or as a part owner of an American company (02 Sports Inc) that her and her French partner own. She has been ripping off dozens of Americans and misrepresenting her products for quite some time now. She owes hundreds of thousands of dollars to various companies and probably just as much to consumers like you. She has other eBay accounts she has used in hiding due to 02 sports being shut down..Ksood, 02 sports, they have all been shut down.

We all need to do what we can to get our money back. Call Bank of America where her accounts are in California, call Visa, MasterCard, American Express, eBay, PayPal, and the Chino Police as stated above
You can also call this attorney general hotline at 1-800-952-5225, and they will send out the appropriate governement agency.
The more of us that do this the better our chances of getting our money back. And trust me there is money there to be had. She has a lot of of money frozen at the moment by Google checkout and probably eBay/PayPal due to legal problems with performance, so your money is there. Do something to get it, if you want it back, dont just lie there and take it.
