02 Sports sold me a non working hot tub, not following through with warranty, non existant customer service Internet California
I purchased a hottub off of ebay from 02 sports, it took more then 2 months for it to get to my house. When I got the hot tub, there was some damage but nothing too bad.
The hottub worked okay for about the first 2 months. Jit worked just long enough to get a positive feedback from me on ebay.
The hottub worked off and on for about 6months. I was trying to contact 02 sports no stop to get them to live up to the warranty that I had. I tried to get parts from them, over a 6month period of non stop bugging they sent parts one time. They were not the right parts.
I tried to get ahold of them, but I finally gave up on them. So now I have a $3400 empty bucket sitting in my back yard and I'm not sure what to do with it.
