I requested a sample of this product.Two weeks later I received just as I was complaining about the time taken to send it. about five days later I phoned them to say I had developed an allegy to the product and asked them not to send anymore,but at the end of that week they had taken 79.99 from my account despite me asking them not to do that.When I phoned them to-day they said I had to return any unused items despite me having paid for them,they said I had only paid the shipping of 19-99 whichn is extortionate.They did say I would receive a refund in 3-5 working days if I returned what was left.What chance of any refund do I have ?
