1&1.com Tanisha Rogers 1&1 bills for domains that are canceled then refueses to give a refun in a timely mannor. like under 1 month Internet

last month i was billed for a domain i had canceled, after 5 or 6 promises that i would have a credit to my account, this never happened. they waited till another domain came up for renewal and put the credit on there instead of how they promissed and when they promissed. another domain i had canceled came up for renewal and guess what...... they billed me again and again they want to wait for ever to give me my money back. they stole from me. they cant fix there billing system and no one cares one bit. stay away from 1and1.com i will be moving all my domains away from them when they come up for renewal. this is a rip off and they dont care they are doing it.

last thing is they billed me for a domain i transfered from them. i called them on it. there billing system is so bad that i finally canceled my credit card attached to my account so they wouldnt steal from me and give it back when they want to. they billed me for 2 domains at once, 1 i did owe for the other i didnt, they couldnt charge my card though because of the card being canceled but the bank will allow them to credit my card. i called them and told them to put a credit on my account so i would only have to pay for one. they didnt do this they put a credit on my credit card account, so they didnt listen again or there billing system sucks so bad they cant do that, then they wanted me to pay for both. i told them no way. they miss credited me they need to eat it. after a month of arguing with them they finally did that and didnt want to hassel with the other bill. again because they dont control there billing system it controls them. i wouldnt have been a pain but this is the 4th time of overbilling me and it is all over the internet about them doing the same thing to everyone. it wouldnt be so bad if they didnt take a month to get it returned to them and there attitude "it just takes that long" and the i dont care attitude from everyone there. they suck. i will be transfering all my domains from them to someone else. mabye there billing system wont suck so bad.

i am once again being billed for domain that is canceled. i transfered a domain to another register and they are billing me for it even though they sent me a notice that it has been transfered. what idiots. there billing system sucks. they took over a month to get my money back last time. i think they keep billing you so they can get the money back and hope you wont notice. in my opinion they steal from there customers. dont do buisness with them ever unless you dont want to stop doing it. if you do want to stop you will have to cancel the card.

not only did they not credit my account they charge me again for the same canceled domain. what is wrong with this company. do they know the difference between credit and charge. i doubt it. i have finally canceled my atm card so they cant charge it any more. stupid idiots. i have been told so many times that i would get a credit that i dont belive them anymore.
