On 4-23-09 we re-located our corporate server to a new physical address. This directly affects our ISP address as our carrier changed for our internet service. Since 4-23-09 we have been informing 1&1 Internet, Inc. that there servers are still broadcasting our old IP address from our servers previous location and ISP. However, after nearly 50 e-mails and over 35 phone calls. 31 of these e-mails to their legal department they still choose not to address the problem. One of our parent company e-mail/communication systems have been down due to their server not being cleared of the old IP address. Their so-called technical support is no more technical than a 6 month old baby.

Furthermore, after the 31 e-mails to their legal e-mail only then do they finally have an attorney respond. Stating that because I am 1&1 Internet's customer I must abide by their guidelines. However, their guidelines of their agreement are null and void as they have breached their agreement to provide services that will not impede on the operation of our business. Furthermore, they have not ONE competent person within their corporation that will even address the issues we have brought to their attention.
