Complaint Review: 1 & 1 Internet Inc.

I have been ripped off by 1and1.com and their bait and switch technique once again! Most web hosting companies or domain companies would not continue to automaticlaly bill you every year. This company goes way beyond that. They will not only bait you in an introductory package but will snare you every year by automatically billing you. Furhter. You can't cancel online!! You have to call and provide unreal identification to be able to cancel and that too after paying a confiscatory amount to them! Be VERY careful of this company. Stick with the big daddys of hosting.
