1&1 Internet Inc. Terrible Customer Service - This Company Will Rip You Off Internet

1and1's hosting service is average, but their customer service is the absolute WORST I have ever seen.  I canceled my account with them several months ago; however they still feel the need to charge me for services I neither asked for nor received.  They automatically signed me up for a 1 year contract - they did this to me after I spoke with a CS agent while I was signing up and specifically told her that I wanted a monthly plan.  On top of it all, their customer service agents and MANAGERS were ridiculously rude to me.  It's clear that they neither care about keeping me as a customer, nor about resolving this issue.  They just want money that is not rightfully theirs.  I am fighting this with the collection agency that they sent the matter too (because apparently they are not willing to deal with issues themselves?  I don't know).
