Complaint Review: 1&2 Automotive

 My husband and I went to purchase a vehicle. After waiting hours, CJ (Chris) finally saw us. The 1st two vehicles we wanted to see were sold so we looked at another which we test drove. After returning we were told to pay$500 to hold the car and return to so paperwork because he was going back and forth with the finance company. It was well after closing. My husband was going to use his credit card but we were told it had to be cash. My husband sea are when he spoke with someone over the phone, he was told they take card. He stated the systems were already shut down because it was after hours. We went to ATM to get cash. CJ took both our info as well as my husband's is which he further to return. We did not realize this until days later. CJ called my husband with the response from the finance company days later. The price went from $6000 to almost $1300. He starred the$6000 was cash value which he never mentioned to us. My husband went back to the dealership to get his id and request for his money back. CJ would not return the money. After going back and forth, my husband said give him the car. The car had been sold. CJ tried to convince him to get something else. After my husband left he continued to to contact CJ. First he was told he could get his money wed then he told my husband to stop calling or he will file phone harassment. We did not sign any paperwork and the car was sold even though the money was paid to hold it. We still have no car or money
