Complaint Review: 1-800-4-A-PHONE

To everyone who reads this.

You need to be very careful on who you choose your phone service. After reading these letters by other consumers. I am exactly in a situation like everyone else that wrote a letter I have been waiting for my service to get connected for about three weeks going on a month.

I have already paid 59.99 for prepaid service and they told me that it would get connected in three businees days. Well three days past and called again I asked for someone to send a technician. Well they told me that I have to pay an extra 35.99 for some one to see my line, and this was last week well we are already at the end of the month I decided to call today, and I spoke with LIly first and told her about the sitaution.

Well she didn't say much? I asked for my money back and against the law they cannot refund me my money. Its kind of dumb that when i called the first time they asked for the money rright away. What a bummer that you can't get that money back.

One way or another I'm getting that money back. Secondly I asked to talk to a supervisor she told me that he was busy. I told her that I didn't care if he was in the freaking restroom I wanted to talk to him. Well I was on hold for about ten to fifteen minutes on hold hoping that i wouldn't get cut off.

So finally the supervisor answered his name was Alex, and I told him the situation. Well he said the same thing that he would not refund. I really really want to know what business they are really doing. I told him if I didn't get my service tommorrow that i wanted my got damm money, or not I will sue there a**es.

What kind of business this taking money away and no phone service. This is just BS. I just hope they don't charge for next months bill. It's funny because I tried to see if 4APHONE had a website and instead there on the ripoff report. What a RIPOFF?
