I have been ripped of by this company. I gave them the initial amount of 69.99 which I charged to my visa, the stated the phone would be on in (48) hours this was 11/23/04.

I have spoke with several customer service representatives, supervisors and still no service. They keep telling me everything checks out ok, but I still don't have a dial tone. In order for them to dispatch a technician I would have to pay a service charge of 150.00, with a pre-pay of 75.00 up front. I don't think they should charge if the service has never been active on my end.

By the end of the week I was totally frustrated, so I wanted to cancel the service and have my money refunded. Their response was the service order had been completed so the money was non refundable. They didn't have a problem cancelling the service.

I asked the service representative why this wasn't explained up front. She said this didn't usually happen so there was no need to let consumers know they could or maybe I should say would be charged additional fees. They also went on to say maybe the phone service before was digital and that would cause a problem, the rep was named Shannon and her supervisor was Nelson Davis. My daughter called back on 12/02/04 they told her that it was a network problem and they would dispatch someone out that evening or the next day.

I still don't have a dial tone and no one has been out.
