I ordered a 50 rose bloom for my valentines at 1800flowers.com. They were delivered to her on valentines, after 5:30pm when she had already left the office.

Immediately after receiving the delivery confirmation, she sent me a picture of the flowers that were delivered. Not only were they the completely wrong set that I ordered, but they less than half the amount of roses ordered, the quality of the roses was horrible, many of the roses were dropping. needless to say, my valentine was too nice to admit she was not impressed at all.

I tried calling customer service and was encountered by an automated response stating because of valentines, they were unable to take my call and to try back later. Then I was disconnected. I have emailed them and still have not received any response.
