1-800-FLOWERS Rip-off
A warning about 1-800-flowers.com: Ive found them one of the most difficult companies Ive ordered from online. Not only did they fail to deliver my order that day, as their site promised (be sure to ask for a discount when this happens to you -- they gave me 20%, but I had to ask), but their customer service didnt return phone calls on promised follow-ups.
I had to make about 5 calls and e-chats to them to finally get the order through. Not only that, but even after repeated requests not to be added to their mailing lists, Ive been getting junk mail from them anyway.
My advice is to shy away from them if youre looking to order flowers, especially online. I know Ill never do business with them again. Vince
