On Wednesday I ordered Mother's Day flowers from 1-800-flowers for my wife, I checked the order confirmation email on Thursday and it said the order was going to some lady in Taipei China! I spend 45 minutes on the phone straightening that out and receiving a new order confirmation immediately. Then Saturday morning I get an email at 8:37 am informing me my "Smile had been Delivered!"...well not to us, we were home. I called in again 3 times and was "accidentally" disconnected after being on hold 10 minutes each time. Finally I spoke to a customer service rep. who confirmed the delivery to someone with a Chinese name, I asked if that sounded like our family name?..."No, Mr...."...well what can you do, I asked, she said she would send it out for re-delivery but couldn't promise anything. I called again just this morning (Mother's Day) to ask why I didn't get the re-delivery confirmation email as promised, and this rep says they don't send out that type of confirmation, he said the only thing he could do is have it delivered Monday and offer a 50% discount. I told him that was ridiculous since nobody would be home. So he claims they will give me a full refund and that confirmation email will be in 12 hours; 12 HOURS! REALLY!??, we'll see...
