iFriends or 1-800-iFriends is stealing money in the amount of $6.95 repeatedly from my bank account and many others reported on this site.

If the payment from your account to iFriends happens to overdraw your account iFriends will pay back one installment of $6.95 but not the rest or the overdraft fee.

My bank account is now in overdraft by more than $118 and currently iFriends is being investigated by my bank.

Note: I have never used iFriends or so much as heard of their "service" until discovering this fraud.

Because Bbelanger provided little information, we were not able to locate an account with our service. We will be happy to cancel the account and refund any charges billed to him or her once we can find the appropriate account. We urge Bbelanger to contact our Customer Care department directly at 1-800-243-9726. This is a toll-free call, and representatives are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

In the complaint, Bbelanger stated that s/he had never previously accessed iFriends or heard of the service. It is possible that someone has fraudulently used Bbelanger's personal information to create an account on our service. If this is the case, we strongly encourage Bbelanger to contact local law enforcement and file a police report. We work diligently with banks and law enforcement agencies to help apprehend anyone committing credit card fraud or identity theft. Unfortunately, since iFriends did not assess the overdraft charges to Bbelanger's account, we are unable to refund them. Because the bank chose to assess the fees, the bank is the only entity that can refund those fees. We strongly suggest that Bbelanger speak to his or her bank about the overdraft charges.

Each time we send a charge to a credit or debit card, we provide a toll-free telephone number next to the charge. We also provide a link to both telephone and email contact information on each page of our website. Again, we encourage Bbelanger to contact us directly so that we can resolve this issue.
