I purchased an AT&T RIM Blackberry phone from 1 800 Mobiles.com, I signed up for a 1 year agreement through AT&T. When I examined the rate plan against T-Mobile with a similar offering. I thought that was the better plan.

I began contacting the company first by phone to explain and then by email. I could never get through to a live person, would always wait for a long time, and kept getting redirected to email. I asked to speak to the supervisor and was directed to a voice mail of the corporate controller. I was then sent the policy on 30 day returns and was told I would not be given an RMA number.

In addition, they wanted to charge me more in penalties than I purchased the phone for. Thankfully AT&T allowed me to cancel the plan with no incident. I will never buy from 1 800 Mobiles again, and if you do get ready to be treated very poorly and be called a liar.
