Arctic White "FreeTrial" is more costly than you can imagine!! Factor in billing prior to shipping, a 14 day ground shipment, Fed Ex, from Utah to Arizona (adjoining states, btw); Add to that another (!!!) charge to my credit card 5 days after my trial shipment arrived, with NO product delivered on that charge, a customer service # that is NEVER answered and after 4 calls wasting appx. 1 hour of my time with no answer and the Arctic White free trial is costly indeed!
With no success contacting the company, add in another 40 minutes or so explaining the problem to my credit card company and my cost of time,energy & money becomes far too high even if the product whitens my teeth more than the dentist!! Fortunately, my credit company considers such buisnesss practices as fraud and I will not be charged.
Before you buy Arctic White "Free Trial", find it other than at 1-800-Patches!! Buyer Beware, indeed!!!!

Before any customer can order our any of our free trials, they must agree to the terms and conditions of the offer. These clearly stipulate that if the customer wishes to cancel, they must notify customer service within 14 days of the product's shipment. FedEx shipping of $6.99 must be paid for all free trials, however, this is all the customer is charged if they abide by the terms and conditions that they agree to by ordering the product. FedEx shipping does not take 14 days; generally, the product arrives within 5 days, unless it is lost in transit.
Cancelling our free trial orders is not difficult. We have customer service representatives available Mon-Fri from 9AM-5PM MST, a voicemail where customers can leave messages for cancellations during hours that reps are not in the office, and also an e-mail address at service@helpmyorder.com where customers can make cancellation requests via e-mail. Read the terms and conditions of all agreements that you enter into over the internet. By being an informed consumer you'll avoid misunderstandings like these.
