1-800 Patches, Health & Beauty, Arctic White ripoff - dishonest and fraudulent charges - refuses to refund Salt Lake City Utah
I accepted the FREE trail of Arctic White tooth whitening system. I recieved the product and returned the remained within the free trail time period. I emailed the company through its email contact and requested any account or charges to be canceled. Yet my bank account was still charged 70.03 for the FREE trail.
I have tried emailing them now over 4 times, I have attempted calling them and recieve the run around.
I have now filed a complaint with the BBB and my bank WellsFargo.
DO NOT USE this company or agree to a FREE trial. They are dishonest and fraudulent.

Read the Terms and Conditions of Free Trial Offers Before Ordering

Before our order form allows customers to purchase our free trial offers, the customer must state that they have read and agreed to the terms and conditions of the trial offer. These clearly stipulate the return policy and time allotted to return the remainder of the product in order to avoid the $70.03 trial expiration fee. We have a toll free number, 1-800-Patches, that our customers may call during regular business hours for support as well as an e-mail address that is checked daily.
