1 and 1 Domain Registrar rip-off! These people do not know what they are doing and are extremely unhelpful. Internet
Do not register a domain with these people. Their updates seem to take three to five times longer than normal DNS propagation. Besides this, they don't support hosting your own DNS. Their support staff (including supervisors) are completely unknowledgable about the inner workings of DNS, and will insinuate that you are the one who is uninformed.
I have never had worse customer service. Nasty, rude, unhelpful, lazy, and ignorant are only a few of the choice adjectives I can use to describe them. These people tried to intimate that I don't own the domain I had just paid them money for! Imbeciles.
