Complaint Review: 1 and only locksmit

I was told I had to give credit card info upfront. I did and then locksmith that came out attempted to get my mother in law to pay. I told her not to and called the company. The first man I dealt with was curteous and I explained how my mother in law was afraid of this man. He understood and stated they were having to yell due to a bad connection and apologized for scaring her.  We decided to give it a try again but my mother in law was too shaken to deal with the man so I called back to tell them to have their man leave. I was treated with great rudeness and disrespect. I, unfortunately, dont recall the name of the rude little jerk but he kept on saying over and over that he was running my card "we have your credit card number" etc. I hung up. but they did indeed run my credit card.
