I contacted 1 and only locksmith because i needed a key made to my sons  corvette. I needed to have a door and ignition key made. I spoke with a lady name Hanna. She quoted me a price of $119. I told her that I would be checking other places and if they were more expensive, I would call her back. She stated that if I chose them for the service, i would receive $15 off the price. I call other places and decided to go with them because of the price. I was told that i need to fill out a form to authorize payment. I told Hanna that i needed to fill in the amout of the $104, she stated that they would fill it out.

I faxed and emailed the form 5 times, which, they claimed that they never received. I explained to them that my son needed to go to work and that I need the serivce taken care of that day. I had been going back and forth with them from 8-11 saying they finally received the form. The tech came to my sons apt and was doing the work, only to realize he would be late for work (1pm) due to them installiing that late. I got off work and went to the apt @ 3:45 and the tech was still working on the car. My son asked if I had the money to pay for the service. I stated that i had it all taken care of.

The tech finally finished the car, my son left and made a rode trip. Once he returned, he called and explained to me that the steerig wheel was put on sideways. I told him that i would contact them to make sure it was put on correctly. I contacted the company on 10/21 and spoke to a Ami, he stated that the tech did his job and that he had been doing his profession for years and that he knew what he ws doing. I explained to him that i was only giving him ffedback to what my son had told me and would appreciate it if the tech could come back. He request to get pictures of the steering wheel.My son sent pictures which he claim that he did not recieve.

I decided that i would contact my c/c company because they were not givig quality serivce. I spoke with my credit card company and they said that i had been charged 303.10 which i did not authorize. I explain to my c/c that i was disputing the charges. I also call the locksmith company and had to c/c company on the phone and once again Ami stated that i authorized the charges. He ws screaming and yelling at me. I told him that i no longer wanted to speak with him because he was not professional and that he was not rendering proper services.

He stated that I was left with a inovice and that i signed it. i explained that i never signed anything. He said that my son signed a invoice.  I called my son and he stated that he was not stated a price of 303.10 nor did he receive a invoice. I asked Ami to send me the invoice that me/my son supposely signed. He sent me an invoice with no signature of anyone. The people are very unprofessional, rude, doing price gouging, credit card fraud, and unauthorized credit card use. I had to call to get the address because it isnt listed on the internet.

I spoke with a Ami, Danny, Dave others that answered the phone. After the service I went online and see that there are serveral people that have been robbed by this company... Look up the comapny and look at Ripoff Report. Make sure you write your rippoff complaint so this company can be put out of business for their wrongdoings.

This company is a Rip Off. They tell you one price and then charge you another price. I explained to them that i would be contact the New York and 800-621-0508 and the Texas 1-800-771-7755 State Attorne General OFfice. I was also advised by my credit card company to do so.
