1dollarhosting aka web country aka Phil Shapiro are thieves! They are unprofessional, and major rip-off artists!

After my client upgraded his account, paying for a full year in advance. He decided too transfer to another Web hosting company. He did NOT ask for a refund, he simply was unsatisfied with tech support, and many of thier features, or should I say lack of features. When my client attempted to transfer his DNS and domain. Web country IE Phil Shipiro, suspended his account, even after he just paid for a full years service. Phil got mad becuase he lost a client, so he has locked the domain name, forcing my client to register a complete new domain name with another company. What a childish, unprofessional, unethical brat. My client is currently starting legal recourse. It will probably cost my client $1600 for law suite for less than $100 dollars in lost, other than the loss of his Domain Name, but he feels crooks like Phil Shapiro AKA 1dollarhosting & web country should not be allowed to get away with such unfair trade practices.

I am very unpleased with the service you have provided to my client www.ccfarm.com and myself.
I have been teaching the Master CIW Designer & MCSE classes at Duke, Xavier, Southern States, American and several other universities in the past years. I have been recommending 1 dollar hosting for years. I have probably supplied you with close to a hundred clients over the past 4 years.

Now, when I attempt to transfer 1 client www.ccfarm.com, i feel my client and myself have been treated very disrespectful and unprofessional. Instead of talking condescending to me on the phone (on the speaker phone in front of my client, I might add) and instead of immediately disabling the ccfarm account before re-directing the dns servers, which has caused his site to be down for several days, you could have handled this much better.

Also, I have probably lost another web site design job with ccfarm, whom happens to be a large land owner, business owner, and very well connected through out the US because I recommended your services to him several years ago..

I am not for sure how you are going to "make ammends" for your actions, though I can gaurantee that if this situation isnt corrected soon, I will make maximum efforts to inform everyone I have recommended and those that I would have recommended to think twice about specifically using 1 dollar hosting in the future. I also have several web sites that recieves thousands of hits a month. I know I am a very little cog compared to your company althrough grass root missions have been very effective in the past.
