Complaint Review: 1 shot express

Ordered service and paid IN FULL and extra.  1 stop express NEVER came to pick up vehicle and have been avoiding calling us back for days!  They tell us they are going to call back by the end of the day and then...the day is gone.  They are liars and I wonder if they are a legitimate company.  Would NEVER recommend them.  Do not waist your time, they are unprofessional. 
We were in a situation where we needed to transport a vehicle.  They promised a transport date, so we paid them IN FULL.  We bought a plane ticket for a few days later ( when it should arrive).  Guess what, They NEVER showed up!!!  It has been 3 days now and still NO ONE!  We can not refund the plane ticket so now we are out of a vehicle.  Now, because of their lack of service, we have to rent a car and pay even MORE $$$ out of pocket.  We tried calling, emailing, whatever we could. All they say is "someone will call you by the end of the day".  This has gone on now for several days!  STill, NO ONE can pull their heads out of their a** and provide service.  They do NOT return calls!

DO NOT USE this company for your vehicle transport needs!!!!
