Complaint Review: 1 Stop Concrete N Apoxy

On January 20th Paul Steven came to our home and said he could paint our driveway with a lifetime warranty of Apoxy paint and it would be $2500.00,  He stated that if we were not satisfiied he would come back and fix the problem.  He gave us a written gaurantee stating that.   

I gave him a check for the full amount. He came on Sunday January 21st to do the job. It took him approximately 3.5 hours to complete the job.  

On Monday January 22nd he had called me and said his bank (Chase) would not cash the check and asked if he could stop by and get cash.  He followed me to our bank (Wells Fargo) and I got the cash.  When he came on Monday I had showed him all the spots that were missed and not done completely.  He informed me that he would return on Wednesday the 24th to fix the problem. 

Well he never showed up so I called multiple times and he never answered, when he finally called back he said his Grandfather was in the hospital and he would come back the next day still no show.  On Friday the 26th his wife called and said it would be an additional charge for the fix I stated to her that the contract states "If not satisfied with their work all workers must redo everything".

I am still waiting for them to come and fix the problem. He also got paint on our new skirting and on our shed.
