1 Stop Rim Shop Odered a 23' limted rim with tire....Never received tracking number nor product. Company changed Numbers Internet

 Place an order with one stop rim shop on March 4 for a 23' rim and tire. Talk to a sales person name Jacob. He stated that things want be process untill the following day which was March 5. 585 dollars was the charged to my account . I received an email from Comnnie Nichols stating the Order. The shipping address was wrong so were a few misspell words. So on the next day I call and talked to jacobs about the address and the order because I was now suspcious. 
 
He tells me that he accidentially got the information wrong angd he didnt remember the order. So I ask him for a refund because I know longer wanted the tire. He tells me that he will correct things and get a tracking number to me.Blah Blah. So a few days later I call back there is no answer. Now on today, I call and there is a recording stating that this number is for some school. I want my money back. Its very sad how other people use others to get money.

Mr. Willie Mabson,

Originally, you paid $ 585.00 for a 23" wheel and tire.  However, we issued you a credit on 3/26/13 for $175.00, the price of the tire.  We do not stock 23" tires because manufacturers rarely build 23" wheels any more.  We advised you when you ordered the wheel and tire that we would have to special order the tire.  It was a week later that you conveyed to us that you didn't want to wait for it, therefore, a credit was issued. In regards to your comment about us taking your money, you and I both know that you ONLY paid for the merchandise you recieved.  In regards to you address error, the type-o was on the charge receipt and not on your FINAL SALES RECEIPT which was emailed to you and did indeed have all the correct information.   To reply to your statement concerning the office number, I have no idea unless you dialed the wrong number in error.

Mr. Mabson, you did indeed order a discontinued 23" Player 963 on 3/5/13  along with a 305/25/23 tire.  At the time of purchase, you were made aware that this is discontinued item and that the manufacturer would have to custom drill the wheel for your 2001 Lincoln Town Car to 5x114.3.  Your sales person advised you to allow extra time (up to 2 weeks) for shipping.  I personally spoke to you and your wife or girlfriend several times and explained this process.  You have received your wheel.  We refunded you a total of $175.00 for the tire as it was out of stock.  Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
