Complaint Review: 10-4 Gear

10-4 Gear Thin Blue Line (not to be confused with The Thin Blue Line USA), The Beat and other aliases Have not sent coin or coins and have not made attempts at contacting me to advise of order status. Very hard to contact these people Portland (?) Oregon

On February 15, 2018 I ordered three coins from this company.  One of the coins was indicated as back ordered but after placing and finalizing my order the order form showed that all three coins were on back order.  I have yet to receive any coin ordered and the only updates or correspondence has be initiated by me to their customer service department which is completely useless as all they can do is offer excuses and curt snippy responses as the following example demonstrates: “Sir we are not offering excuses. We are waiting for our vendor to delivery coins If you no longer wish to receive them I have many customers who would love to have this coin. Happy to offer a refund if you no longer wish to wait.” The obvious joke here is how long would those customers have to wait?

I did my part by promptly paying for the coins, the least this company can do is send me what I paid for or at least keep me updated with the status of the order, such as when you might expect the coins in and a possible delivery date. 

As a retired police Lieutenant with 33 years of experience and a two tour Vietnam veteran I would expect more from a company who professes to be here for LE and vets, Stay Frosty Enterprises, than that which I have received and am very disappointed.

 Thank you for your comments. We do appreciate your feedback and i sight even when it is not the best. As a small USVeteran owned and operated business we have learned over our years of service in the USMC that we are not perfect and there is always room for improvement. We certainly have read your comments and first woild like to extend pur thanks for your hard work and dedication supporting our communities and your for your military service. We appreciate you bringing to light the issues you with placing your order. We understand there were issues associated with its delivery due to the nature of the time of year having come off a very busy Christmas time frame with ehat was and extremely popular item that was hard to keep in stock. We do apologize for any issues you experienced in having to wait. Our factory at the time was not providing a delivery time frame that we could establish with our customers even after repeated attempts. We must again apologize for any inconvenience thus may have caused. We are appreciative of your desire to make a purchase and would like to provide our direct number which is 503-892-0000. We are very interested in working with you and certainly helping to provide a better experi3nce for you. Thank you for comments once again and we do hope we can work with you in resolving your concerns.
