10 buck supplements member could never get in my account called still wrong password reduced amount of membership never happened free stuff never got Internet, Utah

i joined 10 buck supplements to get discounted vitamins when i went to the web site password never worked when i tried to order items they wanted another joining fee i called them told them about the problem so they gave me another password and said they would give me adiscount on my membership of $4.95 never happened they also said that they would send me a free bottle of coloncleanse.

never got it called back they said they had the wrong address and they would correct it needless to say i wanted to cancel rushed me off the phone so i never got a confirmation # and due to my lack of paying attention they  were still taking money out of my account. i don't know what i need to do about this problem. i had to hot list my debit card. and would really like to get my money back can you help me.
