100 shavers rEFUSED REQUEST TO HANDLE RETURN brooklyn, New York
I ordered an electric shaver on line from 101 Shavers on 4/15/10. After using shaver for two weeks unsatidfied. I copied the return form from the computer and was told it had to be returned in original packing. This requirement was not given to me until I got the return form. I packed it up and returned the shaver for exchange to a moren expensive product. They refused my request. I kept calling customer with no return information or a possible solution to the problem. All I got is that there is nothing I can do. I had also purchased a two year warrenty. If a problem had occured some time later who would hold the original packaging that long? They told me I would have to pick up the package at my expense by Ups. I called them to give my charge card for this and never heard again from UPS or the company. Still waiting for a solution 7/22/10. Can you help?
